By downloading, accessing, or using Poza, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country, and in no case under 13, to use Poza. If you use the app on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Poza allows you to upload photos and create wedding-style images in different concepts, locations, outfits, poses, and styles. Features may change, expand, or be removed over time.

An account may be required to use certain features. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping access to your device secure.

You are solely responsible for the photos and other content you upload. You confirm that you have the right, permission, or legal authority to upload and use every photo you provide, including photos containing other individuals.

By uploading content, you grant permission to process, store, modify, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the features you request, maintaining saved profiles you choose to keep, and operating and improving the app.

You accept full responsibility for the content you upload and for how you use the images you create. Uploading photos of other people without their permission is not allowed.

You must not use Poza to create or facilitate:

• deceptive impersonation;
• fraud;
• harassment;
• unlawful content;
• non-consensual intimate content;
• exploitative content;
• inappropriate content involving minors;
• misleading identity representations;
• violations of another person's privacy or rights.

Images created using Poza are digitally generated or modified content. They do not depict real events and should not be presented as authentic photographs of events that took place.

Results may vary and may not perfectly represent facial appearance, clothing, body details, locations, lighting, or real-world events. Poza does not guarantee exact resemblance, realism, or any specific output result.

The app, its design, and its underlying materials are protected by applicable laws and remain the property of their respective owners. You keep the rights you already hold in the photos you upload. Subject to these Terms, you may use the images you create for personal, lawful purposes.

Some features require a subscription or a one-time purchase. Details of the offer, including price and renewal terms, are shown before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.

Subscriptions and in-app purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings.

Refunds for App Store transactions are subject to Apple's applicable policies and are handled by Apple.

The app is provided on an as-available basis. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond reasonable control, and certain features may be unavailable at times.

Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if these Terms are violated, if misuse is suspected, or where necessary to protect users or the service. You may stop using the app at any time.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app, is excluded.

You agree to hold Poza harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of the content you upload, the images you create, your use of the app, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

Features may be added, modified, or discontinued at any time in order to improve the app or for operational, legal, or security reasons.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. When they change, the effective date above will be revised. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms make up the entire agreement regarding your use of Poza.
