Poza is a mobile application that lets you create wedding-style images from your own photos. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using Poza, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect only the information needed to operate the app and deliver the features you request: the content you upload, basic account information, and limited technical information about your device and how the app is used.

You may upload photos of yourself and of other people, such as your partner, in order to create wedding-style images. You should only upload photos that you have the right to use.

Photos and related content may be processed to:

• provide the image creation features you request;
• maintain the saved profiles you choose to keep in the app;
• store the images you create;
• operate, maintain, and improve the functionality of the app.

Photos may be processed using technical service providers that are necessary to operate the app. Your photos are not sold, and they are not used to train publicly available image models.

When you use Poza, a user account may be created so your saved profiles, created images, and purchase status can be associated with you. This may include an account identifier and settings you choose within the app.

We may collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, language, general usage events, and error reports. This information helps keep the app stable, secure, and functional.

• To create, deliver, and store the images you request.
• To maintain security, prevent misuse, and detect fraud.
• To diagnose technical problems and improve performance.
• To manage subscriptions and purchase entitlements.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Creating an image requires your uploaded photos to be processed by automated processing services and technical infrastructure used to operate the app. Processing is performed for the purpose of generating the images you request within the app.

Uploaded photos, saved profiles, and created images may be kept in secure storage systems for as long as needed to provide the features you use. Content used only for processing may be kept for a limited period and then removed. Retention periods may vary depending on the feature, your settings, and legal requirements.

You may delete available content, or request deletion of your account and associated information, through the account-management or support options provided within the Poza application.

Some limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or transaction records.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Poza is not intended for children. The app should not be used by anyone under the age required by the laws of their country, and in no case under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware that such information has been collected, it will be removed.

Information may be processed and stored in countries other than the one you live in. Where that happens, we take steps intended to ensure that the information continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your information, and to object to certain processing. Privacy and deletion requests may be submitted through the options made available within the Poza application.

Purchases and subscriptions made through the App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies. We receive only the information needed to confirm and manage your entitlement to paid features.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When it changes, the effective date above will be revised. Continued use of Poza after an update means you accept the revised policy.
